We have a 14-day return policy on most items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as frozen food, alcohol,  flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages from Mason's British Market. By purchasing alcohol through our website, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Identification Required

A valid government-issued photo ID showing proof of age may be required at the time of pickup, delivery, or purchase. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol if valid identification cannot be provided.

Refusal of Sale

Mason's British Market reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages to any person who:

• Is under 21 years of age
• Cannot provide valid identification
• Appears intoxicated or impaired
• Attempts to purchase alcohol on behalf of a minor
• Violates any applicable federal, state, or local law

Product Availability

All alcoholic beverage purchases are subject to product availability. Inventory shown online may occasionally differ from in-store inventory. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders due to inventory discrepancies.

Pickup Orders

Customers purchasing alcoholic beverages for in-store pickup must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government-issued photo ID when collecting their order.

The name on the order should match the identification presented at pickup.

Delivery Orders

Where permitted by law and offered by Mason's British Market, alcohol deliveries may only be made to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented upon delivery.

Alcohol will not be left unattended and cannot be delivered to intoxicated individuals.

Returns and Exchanges

Alcoholic beverages may not be returned or exchanged except where required by applicable law or in the case of a product quality issue. If you experience an issue with a product purchased from us, please contact our team for assistance.
