1. Order Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout. Rates and delivery estimates are automatically calculated based on:
- Order weight
- Delivery address
- Shipping method selected
3. Shipping of Perishable Items
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. However, please note the following:
Chocolate & Heat-Sensitive Products
- Chocolate and other melt-prone items may soften or melt during transit, especially in warm climates.
- We are not responsible for chocolate that melts during shipping, even with expedited services.
Frozen & Refrigerated Products
- Frozen items are packed with insulation and ice packs, but ice packs may partially or fully melt during transit.
- Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses may result in items thawing.
- We cannot offer refunds or replacements for frozen products that arrive thawed or no longer fully frozen due to carrier delays or conditions outside our control.
4. Warm-Weather Shipping Recommendations
To help protect your perishable goods:
- Choose expedited shipping when ordering chocolate or frozen items.
- Bring packages indoors as soon as they are delivered.
- Track your package and avoid letting it sit outside.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
- Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist with a claim through the carrier if eligible.
7. Processing & Delivery During Holidays
Holiday periods may experience extended carrier delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival.
8. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Pompano Beach store:
- You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.
- Orders must be picked up within the timeframe stated in the pickup email.
